When plugging into a Windows computer a few drivers will be loaded but 1 may not be found as this is normal to prevent debugging and testing of apps on your device. There is no driver for this device. You will need to go into Settings>Developer Options> uncheck USB Debugging. Then close settings. For devices with 2 USB ports, Plug the mini USB to the port on the side of your device that has the symbol for USB not the one that says HOST. Plug the other end into your PC. Now go back into settings> Developer Options and check USB Debugging. You may hear the sound of the device being discovered by your PC. After about 30 seconds you should see a USB Symbol and a little Android Robot on the bottom Right of your task bar near your time clock. Slide this upward. You should see "USB debugging connected" and "USB Connected" with the words Select to copy files to /from your computer. Tap this and another screen will appear with a green Android Robot with a USB Arm and at the bottom Right of the screen a button that says Turn On USB Storage Click to enable this. That's all you will now be able to transfer files between your device and your computer.
